unique form of risk. Additionally, the 2nr doesn't do a lot to
push back on the 1ar impact turns to the liberty framework
which makes me hesitant to vote neg on the NC. I think the
arguments that the negative extended do make sense but
need more explanation and implication even if weren't
explicitly answered.
I think the aff does have a few routes to solve extinction. The
2ar has a good explanation of the organized crime scenario.
Healthcare data theft is uniquely funding organized crime
which enables things like terrorism that escalates and risks
extinction. The negative arguments are defensive at best which
means even if buy them there is still only a risk the aff is able to
solve extinction.
