Patience, a virtue that not everyone has

Having patience means being able to wait calmly in the face of frustration or
adversity, so anywhere there is frustration or adversity—i.e., nearly everywhere—
we have the opportunity to practice it.

(M. Newman, 2016)

This reflexion has an important meaning seeing that patience is one of the handiest
virtues that we can have in our life because it will help us to avoid getting angry
easily, thanks to it we have education since our parents teach us everything to be
prepared for life.
Unfortunately, not all people are alike, I mean there are people who are happier than
others, there are folks who are stiffer than others, speaking about patience is the
same.
In my opinion, patience is a virtue that everyone must develop because if we don’t
do it, problems with everyone can arise, even health issues, for example: anxiety,
stomachache, headache, maybe people can be patient in different ways but not
everyone shows it.

I have realized about something, perfectionist people are the least patient because
they want everything immediately without mistakes and some things need their time
to be done, for example, teaching, if we want to get something like to get a promotion
in our job or to get a good performance at school.
