Berrylicious Bowl
Ingredients:
Flavor Shake: Strawberry or Cookies
3 scoops F1 Shake
1 scoop F3 whey protein
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
100ml unsweetened soy / almond milk
200ml cold water
a handful of frozen mixed berries
4-6 ice cubes

1 scoop of roasted mixed granola
1 tsp of flax seeds
1 tbsp of cocoa nibs
pine nuts or any other uncoated nuts
