Background
The big five personality traits are the best accepted and most commonly used model of personality in
academic psychology. If you take a college course in personality psychology, this is what you will
learn about. The big-five are not associated with any particular test, a variety of measures have been
developed to measure them. This test uses the Big-Five Factor Markers from the International
Personality Item Pool, developed by Goldberg (1992).

GDPR in Questions:

What happens with your input?

The evening before the first day of the training, I (Robin Lefebvre) extract all given input and make a
pdf report per feedback receiver. You will receive your summary during the first day of the training. It
is a summary comprising the combination of all received input.

Who can see your input?

The feedback input is only visible by the data processor (Robin Lefebvre), and you. No one else will
have access to your input.

What personal data do I have from you (the feedback giver)?

No data other than the input you provided is available, in essence, your name and email address,
which is needed to provide you with your rapport. At the end of the training all personal data is
deleted.

How is it processed?
The data is extracted from the Google forms sheet and copied in an MS Excel sheet, that runs a VBA
Macro to automatically create a report grouped per person for PDF print-out. This PDF is shared with
you. During the data processing step there is no content proof-reading check. Nor do I read the
feedback summaries, other than what is asked by you during the training, after having received the
feedback.

How is it stored?
Your input is stored on a Google Drive for the duration of the training, including the pre-work time.
After processing the Google Drive sheet is deleted. The excel summary is stored on a personal
computer for the duration of the training. After the training the personal data and the reports are
deleted. The Google Drive is password protected for all but the data processor, and there the data
follows the compliance of Google Cloud GDPR rules (https://cloud.google.com/security/gdpr)

How long is it stored?

The personal data is stored for the duration of the training as it is needed to provide you with the
right information. After the training the personal data is deleted.
