Steel Slag Recycling Solution

Steel slag is a kind of solid waste produced in steel smelting. With our equipment, steel powder and pure
steel slag pieces can be effectively recovered. The process of steel slag recycling mainly includes ball milling
and magnetic separation.

Features of our processing solution:

1. This plant is a wet method. Over 99% steel pieces can be selected by this process, and over 70% steel
powder can be recycled.
2. The plant needs water. If the water is recycled, 0.5 tons of water will be consumed for processing one
ton of materials.
3. The stainless steel screen is connected with the outlet of the ball mill. The steel slag after grinding is
sieved by a stainless steel screen to be bigger than 0.85mm and smaller than 0.85mm.
4. We use a belt conveyor and magnetic drum to pick out pure steel pieces from slag bigger than 0.85mm.
The purity of steel particles reaches 90%.
5. We use a wet magnetic separator to separate steel powder from slag smaller than 0.85mm. The purity
