RE: Agreement for Joint Ownership of Property at PENDING

Dear [Boyfriend's Name],

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Date], by and between [Your Name] ("Owner")
and [Boyfriend's Name] ("Co-Owner"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," with reference to the
following facts:

Property Description:

Owner is in the process of acquiring real property located at 715 Woodvalley Rd, Mableton, GA 30126
(the "Property") and intends to secure a home loan solely in Owner's name for the purchase of the
Property.

Co-Owner's Contribution:

Co-Owner agrees to provide a financial contribution of $20,000 to Owner, which will be used for the
purchase of the Property. In exchange for this contribution, Owner agrees to include Co-Owner on the
deed of the Property as an equal owner, with both parties having a 50% ownership interest in the
Property.

Equal Responsibility for Home Loan:

Notwithstanding that the home loan will be solely in Owner's name, Co-Owner acknowledges and agrees
to be equally responsible for the repayment of the home loan, including, but not limited to, monthly
mortgage payments, property taxes, homeowner's insurance, and any other associated costs or fees. Co-
Owner's commitment to this financial responsibility is not contingent upon having their name on the
home loan or being listed as the borrower.

Legal Ownership:

Both parties acknowledge that they will have an equal and undivided 50% ownership interest in the
Property. Co-Owner shall have all the rights and responsibilities of a property owner, including the right
to reside in the Property and make decisions regarding its maintenance and management.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding the Property or this Agreement, the Parties
agree to attempt to resolve such disputes through mediation or negotiation in good faith. If such efforts
are unsuccessful, either party may seek legal remedies as provided by law.

Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as both parties maintain ownership of the Property. In
the event that one party wishes to sell or transfer their ownership interest, they must provide written
notice to the other party at least 60 days in advance. The other party shall have the right of first refusal
to purchase the selling party's ownership interest at fair market value.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior
agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above
written.
