Mexican Food
There are some valid reasons to dine in restaurants, including saving time
and convenience. There is also another reason not to cook at home: there
are a lot of people who think they cannot cook or lack proper cooking skills.
So, they consider it more expensive and time-consuming. But if we can
spend most of our day time on our phones and the internet, then why not
spend time on cooking, which is a meditation in itself. This attitude has led
to many diseases like diabetes and obesity in many countries. Restaurant
food has some unhealthy portions of our diet, which we can control at
home.
