Day 1 to 3:

Day 1 to 3
During day 1 to 3,
our department was able to
pass all the quizzes. None
of my members failed or
got a low score.
Day 4
On our day 4, we answered a few
tests like the personality test and quiz,
typing test, and English proficiency. Me
and my team created a memorandum for
Collection for Business Unit employee
information (201 file) and posted it in our
FB group.
Day 5
On our Day 5, we interviewed voluntary
applicants, and we interviewed 31 total applicants,
and then we proceeded with our research in the
labor code. We have made the 201 file and posted it
in our FB group.
Day 6
We hired 31 new employees and made them a CORE
account, but there's a technical problem in the CORE account, so
we made a new solution. I asked those we aren't able to make a
CORE account to make an analysis report for those hired
employees who can't have an account due to technical problems.
Day 7
Day 7, My team
and I created a New
Employees Profile Report
and a 2 minutes video for
our Creotec Work
Immersion experience.
One of my members
created a google drive
where other members can
submit their work.
Day 8
Day 8, me and my members
helped each other to make the job
analysis & Description and the
employee handbook. I assigned each
of them a task so we can finish our
task on time. My members are very
cooperative.
Day 9
On our last day, day 9.
We have finalized the
handbook and job
analysis &
description. We
proceeded on our next
task, which is the
FTIO in CORE, but
there's another
technical problem, so
we did it manually.
We emailed the hired
employees to
congratulate them and
give them their CORE
accounts.
Day 10
Day 10 is our last general meeting.
I made this PowerPoint to show our
accomplishments and cooperation of my
team. We had a final assessment and last
testimonial video. I created another folder
where my team can submit their work.
