Respected Sir

As per our university norms we need to book the vehicle 72 Hours before the date of travel. Since we received the
acceptance mail today, we are unable to process the travel request. Hence we could not visit the industry on 2nd
November. I kindly request you to give permission to visit your industry on 8th November 2023 in the afternoon
session.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As a part of Academia - Industry curriculum, industrial visit by the faculty members is one of the crucial activities to
impart the students how to enrich the practical implementation of the classroom acquired knowledge. Also, with
the revision of the curriculum over the years, there is an adverse need for both the academician and the industry
to learn and incorporate the advanced technologies. Hence, to bridge the academic industry gap, knowledge
sharing can be accomplished via industrial visit. Knowledge sharing includes product development and delivery by
the academicians, collaborative work, suggesting and helping the industry to improve its product performance by
incorporating intelligence in their system, etc.

Our members are expertise in the recent functional areas such as Industry 4.0 (Suggests automation and control),
Image Processing (Used to detects defective parts to save the time and cost), Internet of Things (IoT) (Remote
monitoring and Control), Machine Learning ( To predict and prevent losses), Artificial Intelligences ( To make
