1. I am the owner of Flat No.____________, ___ Floor, ____ Wing alongwith ____

Parking, Orchid Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. situated at

___________________ situated at Bellasis Road, Mumbai Central, Mumbai –

400 008 and am a registered member of the Orchid Enclave Co-operative

Housing Society Ltd. in respect of the said Flat.

2. I have applied to the Orchid Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. for

grant of No Objection for Sale of my Flat.

3. I say that there is no lien, mortgage, encumbrance, claim etc. of whatsoever

nature on the said Flat and the said Parking.

4. I say that I have not created any third party rights in respect of the said Flat and

the said Parking.

5. I say that if the Orchid Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. suffers any

loss and/or damage due to my representations as aforesaid, I shall keep Orchid

Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. indemnified and harmless against

all losses, damages, claims etc. which they may suffer including all costs and
 expenses which shall be borne towards defending any litigation and/ or legal

proceeding.

6. I say that the No Objection shall be used by me only for the limited purpose of

selling my Flat.
