Responsibilities and Job Description
A. Closely worked with merchant & planning teams to know the priority of the existing workload & following workable
schedule to manage own tasks.
B. Always trying to advice good fabric consumption to merchandiser.
C. Receive customer comments about Fit, PP and TOP sample & review with Mannequin & advice to related what we need to
do for next step. If anything discrepancy with sample & comments, same time communicate with customer and solve the
issue asap.
D. If anything missing in the tech pack, but practically it has to be then we communicate with customer to update tech pack to
avoid further any confusion.
E. Have target to get 95% first fit sample approval to save time and avoid sample back and forth.
F. Always trying to make new method during pattern & sample making stage to save consumption & SMV.
G. Always attend to Buyer meeting, Risk analysis meeting, PP meeting & Business meeting.
H. During Risk analysis meeting highlighting the difficulties & risky issue for fabric, production & washing. Also advising the
new machine & others requirement. If anything not possible to arrange for meets the customer requirement, same time co-
ordinate with customer and collect feedback.
 I. During PP meeting advice to production people where are critical issue & how to do production without any difficulties.
J. Advise bulk pattern based on fabric shrinkage group wise for the wash garments & pattern maker make pattern based on that
shrinkage group wise. Also provide before wash measurement chart to production based on shrinkages pattern.
Advising especial marker for fabric shaded issues to avoid shading on garments.
K. Advising especial marker to avoid leg twisting issues in to the garments.
L. Advise pattern adjustment based on pilot & bulk measurement report.
M. Taking care production related issue about sample pattern & solve the issue asap.
N. Involving time to time bulk production to help QA team.
O. Have provided minimum requirement for sample section set up list to perform smoothly for sample cutting to finishing.
P. Following the children wear safety issue guide line & how to avoid children safety issues on sample & bulk production.
