Re Building Plan Committee constituted vide OTCP, Haryana
f: Endst No. 1852-88 dated 7.2.1991 has
approved your building planssubject to the cond ition as under:-
1. That the Building Plans are valid for a period of 2-Years from the date of
issuance of this memo subject to the validity of the licence.
2. That you will abide by the Punjab Schedule Roads and Controlled
Area Restricted of unregu lated Development Act, 1963 and rules
farmed there under.
3. U plot falls in the unlicensed area the plans shall be treated as null and
void/ cancelled.
4. This plan is being approved without prejudice to the status of license for
thecolony.
5.You will get the setback of your building checked at pli nth level and
obtain a certificate from this office before proceeding with the super
structure.
6.That you will get the occupation certificate from the competent au thority
before occupying the above sa id building.
7.The responsibility of lhe structure design and structural stability and
structure safety against the earthquake or the building blocks shall be
solely of the Architect/ owner.
8.Subject to the condition that basement set back shall be minimu m 6'-0"
from the common wa ll in that case where adjoining plot is built up
without basement and use of basement for domestic storage only.
9.That you will provide rain water harvesting systt!m as per the direction of
competent authority.
10. '!hat you will not put the proposed bu ild ing into any use other than
residential purpose and you shall not raise any further construction
without getting the approval of the competent authority. Otherwise
this approval shall automatically cancelled and appropriate action as
per rules will be initiated.
11. The owner and the Supervising Architect of the project shall be
entirely responsible for making provisions of the fire safety and fire
fighting measures and shall abide by all fire safety bye laws/
regulations.
