Re Building Plan Committee constituted vide OTCP, Haryana
f: Endst No. 1852-88 dated 7.2.1991 has
approved your building planssubject to the cond ition as under:-

1. That the Building Plans are valid for a period of 2-Years from the date of
issuance of this memo subject to the validity of the licence.

2. That you will abide by the Punjab Schedule Roads and Controlled
Area Restricted of unregu lated Development Act, 1963 and rules
farmed there under.

3. U plot falls in the unlicensed area the plans shall be treated as null and
void/ cancelled.

4. This plan is being approved without prejudice to the status of license for
thecolony.

5.You will get the setback of your building checked at pli nth level and
obtain a certificate from this office before proceeding with the super
structure.

6.That you will get the occupation certificate from the competent au thority
before occupying the above sa id building.
7.The responsibility of lhe structure design and structural stability and
structure safety against the earthquake or the building blocks shall be
solely of the Architect/ owner.

8.Subject to the condition that basement set back shall be minimu m 6'-0"
from the common wa ll in that case where adjoining plot is built up
without basement and use of basement for domestic storage only.

9.That you will provide rain water harvesting systt!m as per the direction of
competent authority.

10. '!hat you will not put the proposed bu ild ing into any use other than
residential purpose and you shall not raise any further construction
without getting the approval of the competent authority. Otherwise
this approval shall automatically cancelled and appropriate action as
per rules will be initiated.

11. The owner and the Supervising Architect of the project shall be
entirely responsible for making provisions of the fire safety and fire
fighting measures and shall abide by all fire safety bye laws/
regulations.

12. The structural responsibility of the construction shall be entirely of


the owner and supervising Architect/Enginee r of the project.

13. In compliance of order dated 10.04..2015 of Hon'ble National Green


Tribuna l in OA No. 21 of 2014 - Yardman Kaushik V/s UOI the
applicant shall comply with the following conditions:

a) The owner of site would strictly comply with the directions


contained in this order as well as the MOEF Guidelines, 2010
wh ile raising construction.

b) That while raising construction builder or owner of site


should strictly adhere to and comply with the directions
contained in this order of Tribunal as well as MOEF
guidelines, 2010 in relation to precautions requ ired to be taken
while carrying on construction.
c) The builder or owner shalJ put tarpaulin on scaffolding around
the area of construction and the building. No person induding
building, owner can be permitted to store any construction
material particularly sand on any part of the street, roads in any
colony.

d) The construction material of any kind that is stored in the site


will be fulJy covered in all respects so that ii does not disperse
in their air in any form.

e) All the construction material and debris shall be carried in the


trucks or other vehicles which are fully covered and protected
so as to ensure that the construction debris or the construction
material does not get dispersed into the air or atmosphere, in
any form whatsoever.

f) The dust emission from the construction site shall be


completely controlled and all precautions taken iJ1 that behalf.

g) The vehicles carrying construction material and construction


debris of any kind shall be cleaned before it is permitted to
ply on the road after unloading, of such material.

h) Every worker working on the construction site and involved in


loading, Wlloading and carriage of construction material and
construction debris shalJ be provided with mask to prevent
inhalation of d ust particles.

i) Every owner and or builder shall be u nder obligation to provide


all medical help, investigation and treatment to the workers
involved in the construction of building and carry of construction
material and debris relatable to dust emission.

j) It shall be the responsibility of every building to transport


construction material and debris waste to construction site,
dumping site or any other place in accordance with ru les and
in terms of th is order.

k) Take appropriate measures and to ensu re that the terms and


conditions of the earlier order and these order shall strictly
comply with by fixing sprinklers,creations of green air barriers.

I) Compulsory use of wet jet in grinding and stone cutting.

111 Wind breaking walls around construction site.

11) All the builders who are building commercia l, residential


complexes which arc covered under EIA Notification of 2006
shall provide green belt around the building that they construct.
The authorities shall ensure that such green belt in existence prior
to issuance of occu pancy certificate.

One copy of sanction plan is enclosed herewith for further necessary


action.
