    Dear Sir or Madam

    My name is Tania. I saw your advertisement in our local newspaper that you are looking for
    someone who can help you to do some job for a couple hours for free. I would like to help
    you on this.

    My major is tourism and I used to work as a guide for tree year. I want to refresh my
    knowledges in this area. I consider that working in museum are interesting for me, because I
    am really into art and history. Moreover, I live nearly museum and it takes 5 minutes to get
    there.

    I would be the person you are looking for. As a I noted, I worked as a guide, so I like to
    communicate with people and I know how provide good services for customers. Therefore, I
    have a background in computer science, so I am good at Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint

    I am currently working. My working schedule is from 3 to 11 pm from Monday to Friday.


    Accordingly, I will be available to voluntary every day from 9 am to 1pm
    during the week. Furthermore, I will be available any time during the
    weekend.

    I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to attend a part-time job. Please let me know if
    that is convenient for you.
