Answer the following question in not less than 100 words.

1. What is visual presentation and why is it important?

A visual presentation is a teaching method that is used to express an idea. Tools that can be used
include charts, flannel boards, flash cards, presentations, models, pictures, and chalkboards. A visual
presentation can persuade an audience of the value of an idea through illustrations and demonstrations.
Its main goals are to help explain a topic and add interest and sparkle. Posters and charts are good
examples of this. Researchers have discovered that when asked to recall material after a three-day
interval, participants only remember 10% of what they were told orally, 35% during a visual
presentation, and 65% during an oral presentation that includes visuals. Information cannot be
calculated by everyone at the same rate. By dividing statistics, other figures, and timelines into
manageable portions, infographics can make presentations with a lot of data easier to understand. They
also hold greater weight. In comparison to 50% of audience members who attended a verbal-only
presentation, 67% of those who saw a verbal presentation with accompanying graphics were persuaded
by the material, according to a Wharton School of Business study.

2. Why does visual presentation play a crucial role in your course marketing management?

Marketing, advertising, internal communication, and data representation are just a few of the areas in
which visual communication is vital to company. It involves efficiently communicating ideas, concepts,
and information using visual components like graphics, photos, fonts, colors, and videos. It's difficult to
grab and hold people's attention in the fast-paced digital environment of today. More swiftly and
successfully than words alone, visuals may capture attention. A company's brand identity can be
established and sustained through visual communication. A strong brand presence is created, and the
company becomes instantly identifiable and remembered through the consistent use of visual
components like logos, color schemes, and typography across a variety of platforms and materials. In
marketing strategy, visual presentation is essential. Creating aesthetically appealing commercials, social
media postings, website content, and other marketing materials requires the use of high-quality
photographs, videos, and graphics. Images have the power to arouse feelings, tell gripping tales, and
change customer behavior, all of which can boost sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness. To
wrap things up, visual communication is critical in the corporate world. It makes it possible to deliver
messages clearly, supports branding initiatives, improves user experience, and helps marketing and
communication strategies succeed. Businesses can effectively engage their audience, express ideas, and
set themselves apart in a competitive environment by utilizing the power of graphics.

3. Why is simplicity and clarity important in visual presentation.

Because your audience may choose to focus on you or try to understand a difficult slide. Making a
presentation requires being clear. Your message should have a set structure that is easy for your
audience to follow along with clear and succinct content. Avoid using technical phrases or jargon that
your readers might not understand by sticking to plain language. Keep things simple. An overly
complicated or messy presentation may overwhelm and perplex your audience. Instead, go for a
minimalistic layout that highlights your key ideas. A presentation's effectiveness depends on its similarity.
Throughout your presentation, stick to a similar style and layout using the same fonts, colors, and
formatting. This contributes to professionalism and clarity.
