    Subject: - Pending verification of scholarship claims under State Merit/
    Meritorious Scholarship Schemes of Students for the year 2021-22.

    Please refer to this office memo No. DHE-I10001/154/2020 Sch (1)


    Dated 04.I 1.2022 on the subject cited above.
    Vide letter under reference, it was informed that all pending scholarship
    claims pertaining to years pior lo 2022-23 were declared as rejected. However, some

    Institutions/Nodal bodies are still verifoing and forwarding those pending claims to this
    office. This is violation of instruction issued by this office as well as is increasing
    workload of this office.
    It is once again intimated that no such claims should be verified and
    forwarded to this office otherwise appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated against
    the responsible officer/officials.
