INDEMNITY BOND FOR LOST FD OF STATE BANK OF INDIA

I, ATTAR SINGH (UID: 8600 8317 5212) S/O DILPAT SINGH R/O A-98,
VASANT KUNJ, NAGAL DEWAD, NEW DELHI-70 the undersigned, is the
holder(s) of the FD bearing Account Number: 6783000100027572 having Two FD
vide PU-6573 (678300 PU00006573) and PU-6582 (678300 PU00006582) which is
total Rs. __________________/- in Punjab National Bank, Branch Badsa, Distt
Jhajjar, Haryana issued by Punjab National Bank. The said FD has been
irretrievably lost, stolen, misplaced or destroyed.
At my agreeing to indemnity you in the following manner, Punjab National Bank
has agreed to issue / issued a duplicate FD in lieu of the above mentioned original FD
reported by me / us to have been lost / stolen / destroyed.
Now in consideration of Punjab National Bank issuing / having agreed to issue a
duplicate FD as aforesaid, I / We, the undersigned shall indemnify Punjab National
Bank at all times and keep Punjab National Bank indemnified and save harmless
against any and all claims damages, losses, costs, liabilities, expenses and all other
sums of money, which Punjab National Bank may be required to pay, suffer or incur
and also against all demands, actions, suits, proceedings that may be made, filed,
taken or instituted against Punjab National Bank by reason of presentation,
production or payment of said original. FD and / or issue of duplicate FD at my / our
request.

I also agree to deliver the said original FD to Punjab National Bank for cancellation
and destruction if the same shall be found or traced at any time.
