Re: Request for authority to sign the Memorandum of Agreement.

Dear members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod,

Greetings!

This is to formally request for a resolution authorizing the City Mayor to enter and sign the
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City Government of Panabo (City) and the
Davao del Norte State College (DNSC).

DNSC, as a state-run educational institution, is willing to collaborate with the City in relation to
its project titled Enhancement of the Food Safety Practices of Vendors Selling Ready-to-Eat
Food in Panabo City.

This project aims to enhance the food safety practices of vendors selling food products in Panabo
City for the benefit of public health and safety.

Attached herewith is a copy of the proposed Memorandum of Agreement, as well as the

endorsement from the City Legal Office.
