EXPIERENCE:-
1.Currently working as a shift incharge at M/s. Sanstar Bio Polymers Limited, Gujarat in power plant
division from 15-April-2023 on below mentioned system:-

● Triveni make 4 MW extraction turbine and related equipment’s.

● Thermax make 27 TPH boiler (68 kg/cm² & 490 °C) and related plant like DM Plant, Coal Yard and Ash
handling plant etc.
● Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of plant during shift.
● Capable of understanding matter related to Health, Safety, Environment and respond to any deviation in these.
● Understands the energy related issues and energy conservation.

2.Have worked in Ryatar Sahakari Sakkare Karkhane niyamit Rannanagar ,Timmapur Bagalkot,Karnataka as
a graduate trainee engineer in power plant department from 05-June-2022 to 10-April-2023 where i worked
on below mentioned system:

● Kessels make 5MW condensing cum extraction turbine.

● Belliss make 3MW back pressure turbine.
● Triveni make 3MW back pressure turbine.
● Walchandnagar make boiler 2x45 TPH (42kg/cm² & 420 °C).
● Sitson make boiler 30 TPH (45kg/cm² & 420 °C).

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:-

B.Tech: - Have completed Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bansal Institute of
Engineering & Technology (BIET), Lucknow in 2022.
HSC: - Passed in 2018 from UP Board.
SSC: - Passed in 2016 from UP Board.

1. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING(20/01/2022-05/03/2022)- I have visited “The Markandeya

Co-operative Sugar Mill Ltd. “for the industrial training and enhancing the practical knowledge &
skills in power plant.

knowledge of different machine.

HELICAL WIND TURBINE (11/2021 – 01/2022)

1. The main Purpose is to convert the Kinetic Energy from wind into Electric Power.
2. Designed for the Optimized operation for a given set of Environmental condition.

STEAM POWER PLANT (03/2022- 5/2022)

1. The main Purpose of Steam is to convert the Mechanical Energy into Electrical Energy.
2. The Primary objective of steam turbine operation is to maintain a constant speed of rotation
irrespective of the varying Load.
3. In this Project the arrangement of the Steam Turbine need minimum Space.
