CREATBOT DX PLUS 3D PRINTER

The CreatBot DX Plus 3D printer has a large build volume of 300 x 250 x 520mm making it ideal for
printing large parts and prototype, having dual and triple extruders which supports the print head or new
print head nozzle types. It has a ultra-high temperature nozzle of 400°C and hot bed temperature upto
120℃ which allows us to print with a wide range of materials and filaments. Filament Diameter must be
of 3.0mm (1.75mm optional). The slicing software used is CreatWare which is a straightforward slicing
software, designed for speed and efficiency while still ensuring top-quality prints for a powerful 3D
printing process and is compatible with all CreatBot 3D printers.

To print models on a CreatBot DX Plus 3D printer begin with managing feeders, ensuring correct
filament loading, guiding it through the extruder and verifying smooth filament flow post-preheating.
Double extruders make it easy for the user to resume deposition of another filament by activating the
extruder in which the desire filament is feeded through control panel.Nozzle Temperature and bed
temperature can be adjusted throught printer control panel but other printing parameters like print speed,
layer height, and infill density can be adjusted from the slicer software. After that import model into the
slicing software, generate G code and start printing. Adjust cooling settings to control filament cooling
speed which can influence print quality.Monitor throughly while printing and troubleshoot any issue
when arise. There is feature of power outage that help us in resuming the tasking when there is any
immediate disrupt or sudden poweroff. Once the printing is complete, carefully replace the printed model
from the build plate and go to cooling option from the prepare menu and turn off the printer.

CREALITY CR10 V3 3D PRINTER

The Creality CR-10 V3 3D printer is designed for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing and
has large build volume of 300x300x400mm .This printer is often equipped with a direct drive extruder
which can handle a variety of filament types including PLA, ABS, PETG etc and has a Nozzle
Temperature of 250°C. It has feature of automatic bed leveling making it easier to set up and calibrate
the printer. To operate the Creality CR-10 V3 3D printer start with the initial setup by plugging in the
printer and power it on.After that caliberation is required to assure that filament is sticking smoothly. This
can be done through managing the gap between nozzle tip and build plate by 0.1mm. Then load the
filament, for that insert filament into the extruder and heat up the extruder to the appropriate temperature.
Once the filament is melted push it through the extruder until it comes out of the nozzle and perform bed
leveling to ensure the first layer adheres properly.

Employ 3D slicing software, such as Cura to prepare your 3D model for printing. Import your model into
the slicing software and adjust parameters like layer height, infill density, print speed etc. Generate the G-
code file that contains the printer's instructions.Use the printer's control panel to navigate the G-code file
and start the print job. Throughout the printing process monitor the job to ensure proper adhesion and
print quality and make any necessary adjustments according to requirements. Once the print is complete
let the print bed cool before carefully removing the 3D print using a scraper or spatula. Finally, power off
the 3D printer when you've completed your printing tasks.
