On February, 2021, I passed PLAB 1 examination in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My GMC Reference

Number is . I have attached documentary evidence for this. To get the full registration from General
Medical Council (GMC), I have to pass PLAB 2 which is only held in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Therefore, I am applying for a Business Visitor Visa to attend this exam.

I am a fully qualified MBBS doctor registered with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council
(BM&DC) (Registration No: ). Hence, I have a license to practice Medicine in Bangladesh. I have
attached the BM&DC registration certificate & MBBS degree certificate for your ready reference.

My Timeline:
 May 2011 : Passed Secondary School Certificate examination with 5.00/5.00 GPA.
 July 2013 : Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate examination with 5.00/5.00 GPA.
 January 2014 : Got enrolled in a 5-year MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
 program at Faridpur Medical College Hospital
 September 2019 : Passed MBBS degree.
 September 2019 : Started training as an Intern Doctor at Faridpur Medical College and
Hospital
 August 2020 : Scored Band "B" in OET (Occupational English Test) from Dhaka,
Bangladesh
 September 2020 : Finished Internship training in Faridpur Medical College and Hospital
 February 2021: Passed PLAB 1 from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Financial Sponsorship for My Visit to the UK:
My father, Md , will be my financial sponsor. His letter of support along with his salary certificate
and related financial documents and an Affidavit declaring his sponsorship towards my visit are
attached for your consideration.

My Plan for Accommodation in the UK:

During my course of stay in the UK, I will stay at a paid accommodation at from x to y. A
confirmation letter from the agency is also attached. Before the exam, I will attend a preparatory
course at Samson Clinical Course in Pendleton Way, St James House, Salford, Manchester. It will aid
me to take my PLAB 2 Exam. (Booking confirmation is attached).

My Itinerary for the UK Trip:

Prior to the exam, it is crucial that I am fully prepared for the PLAB 2 test. Therefore, I need to
undergo preparatory coaching classes and sit for mock tests. Thus, I have booked for the PLAB-2
preparatory coaching course with the training center of Samson Clinical Course (Please note: this
course does not provide any degrees). This course is due to start on x and end on y.
 On x 2022: Land to the airport.
 On h 2022: Relax and unpack.
 From x to y: Attend the 15-day PLAB 2 Course at Samson Clinical Course in Pendleton
Way, St James House, Salford, Manchester. This course will help me to prepare for the
PLAB 2 exam. I have already booked the course.
 From a to b - Review the subjects thoroughly, practice with my fellow doctors, sit for mocks
and finalize my preparation for the test.

My Tie back to Bangladesh:

Family Tie:
I am the eldest child in my family. I will have to look after my parents' health and take care of their
health-related emergencies as a medical practitioner, as my parents are getting older and are prone to
developing medical conditions. All my relatives, including my only brother, reside in Bangladesh and
I share deep bonds with all of them.

Professional Tie:
I am a BM&DC-registered medical practitioner. I completed my internship from abc Medical College
and Hospital in September 2020. After passing PLAB 1, I have joined as RMO (Resident Medical
Officer) in abc from April. The hospital authority has granted me a leave during my UK stay. I’ll
rejoin here when I return back after finishing my PLAB 2 exam. I have attached my NOC from my
employer with my application.

Land and Properties in my Country:

I and my only brother are the legal heirs of the property of my parents in Bangladesh. I have attached
my father's letter of support, financial affidavit, Bank solvency certificate, account and salary
statement, translated summary of the title deed of the property, valuation of the property etc. bearing
my parents name as the owners. The only purpose of my visit is to sit for the PLAB 2 test, which
takes place only in the UK. I do not have any other motive or purpose for this trip.

Total Expenditure for the UK Trip:

I intend to spend GBP 3,000 for my trip to the UK. I have already mentioned above that my father,
Md …, will bear all my expenses. He has already paid for my PLAB Part 2 examination and the
course fees. He has sufficient balance for the total cost of my UK trip. My total expenditure for the
UK trip is presented below:
