Dear Sir,

Greetings of peace!

I would like to express my utmost intent in applying for the position of Management
Information System Staff posted as vacant under the DAR SPLIT Project-Region 02
facebook page. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at
Cagayan State University – Carig Campus, currently studying Masters of Science in
Information Technology under the same university and presently, a public servant.
Further, I passed the Professional Level of Civil Service Examination last 2019.

I started rendering public service last 2017 as a trainee under the Public Attorney’s
Office (PAO) Region 02. I have drawn inspiration from there and continued my career
when I was employed as Card Releasing Officer under the Union Bank of the Philippines
(UBP) and was deployed in GSIS Carig Branch to cater various clients especially senior
citizens and pensioners. Aside from my function as card releaser, I was also tasked to
troubleshoot necessary hardware problems, and run errands for organic staff in the office.

As a developer, I successfully created a courseware for Dr. Victor Tallud Dental

Clinic for his dental records management system and scheduling. I also had the
opportunity to prove my skills and competence after servicing hardware and software
repair in the Provincial Accountant’s Office of the Province of Cagayan. My administrative
skills were exceptionally honed when I became a Budget Office staff in the Bureau of
Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 02 in the year 2020. I handled various
documentary and administrative tasks, as well as flexible functions such as canvassing
and office IT preventive maintenance.

My years of experience in both National Government and private institutions

shaped me into being a dedicated employee. Currently, I am an Adjudicator/Data
Controller under the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Region 02 (PhilHealth R02)
