Greetings of peace!

I would like to express my utmost intent in applying for the position of Administrative
Officer I (Records Officer I), posted as vacant under the CSC Website. I am a graduate of Bachelor of
Science in Information Technology at Cagayan State University – Carig Campus, a former public
servant and now a freelance computer specialist. Further, I passed the Professional Level, Civil Service
Examination last 2019.

I rendered public service last 2017 as a trainee under the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO)
Region 02. I was in charge in the recording of all incoming and outgoing documents in PAO and took
part in different staff work for its administrative personnel and lawyers. I have drawn inspiration from
there and continued my career in GSIS Carig Branch as card releasing officer. Aside from my function
as card releaser, my duties also entail recording of information, documents, and ensuring the accuracy
of all attachments for the incoming and releasing documents of pensioners. I was absorbed by the
Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 02 as an Administrative Staff under the
Budget Division last March 2020.

As a developer, I successfully created a courseware for Dr. Victor Tallud Dental Clinic for his
dental records management system and scheduling. I also had the opportunity to prove my skills and
competence after servicing hardware and software repair in the Provincial Accountant’s Office. I
resigned in September 2018 in pursuit for better opportunity in the Bureau of Fire Protection, a month
after I passed the Fire Officer Examination.

A year of experience in both National and Local Government shaped me into being a dedicated
employee. My exposure in the legal field assistance as well as to various administrative and liaison
work are special skills that I want to offer under your office.
