When I was in high school, we used to give group presentations at the term.

I am
chosen to be the leader of group by the teacher. When we have group meetings
to discuss the issue for presentation, I often quarrel with my team members.
When people come up with a personal opinion, I always explain its actual
strengths and weaknesses, but most of the time I contradict their opinions. I again
consider my opinion to be correct and decide the content of the presentation
myself. Although the result of that article was very good, the real feeling was that
it was not the result of the group, but just me. So I used to be criticized a lot by
teachers and group members. But now, in university , I know the power of
effective teamwork. I have learned to always listen to the people around me,
empathize with them. I think each person plays an important role in the group
and from there will create a great motivation to achieve the goal.
