Ticket is only valid for the date and time as written in the ticket.
Every passenger is expected to attach an active and reachable telephone number, and ensure that the provided number matches the
passenger's identity stated on the ticket.
Children age 2 years and above are required to buy tickets.
Ticket price already includes mandatory accidental fee in accordance with UU No. 33/1964 yo PP 17/65 Perum. A.K. Jasa RAHARJA.
Passengers must check in at Bhinneka Shuttle counter at the departure point, max. 15 minutes before departure.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.
All passengers must wear seat belts.
Passengers are allowed to carry 1 medium-size baggage and 1 bag, Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.
Passengers carrying electronic items (television, computer or laptop, and tape) will have to pay an extra charge.
Passengers are not allowed to carry liquor, alcoholic drinks, illegal objects, weapons (e.g. knife, swords), animals, mix up of personal
items and other items that may disturb the comfort and safety of other passengers.
Bhinneka Shuttle has the authority to drop off or deny boarding to passengers who disturb the safety and comfort of other passengers.
Managers / Crew / Employees / Officers and Bus Companies have the right to move seats if circumstances force.
If the bus experiences mechanical failure or disruption during the trip, the passengers will be transferred to another available bus.
Bhinneka Shuttle will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal items.

Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before departure.
Passengers can reschedule the ticket for 1 (one) time only to dates within 30 Days from the initial departure date.
Reschedule is based on availability.
Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and e-ticket when rescheduling.
Reschedule is free of charge.
