Children sitting on the parent's lap can ride the bus for free. However, children must buy a full price ticket if they need an individual
seat.
Ticket is only valid for the date and time as written in the ticket.
Passengers departing from Makassar must check in at the Litha & Co counter 30 minutes before departure time. Otherwise,
passengers must check in 60 minutes before departure time.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.
If the bus is canceled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster), the passengers will get a full refund.
Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
Passengers are advised to put their belongings in a safe storage and not to leave their belongings unattended in the bus throughout
the trip.
Litha & Co will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.
Passengers are advised not to disturb other passengers.

Tickets for travel during the Eid period (April 8 to April 30, 2023) cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Please confirm your departure date before making any payments.
Ticket cancellations will be considered forfeited.

Refund Info
To cancel your ticket and ask for a refund, call Litha & Co at 0822 3399 9963 or go to the Litha & Co agent office at your
departure point.
Cancellation is not allowed during high seasons (e.g. Lebaran period, end of year).
Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and e-ticket when canceling your ticket booking.
Cancellation can only be done at the latest 24 hours before departure time.
Refund amount is 50% of the ticket price.
Refund amount will be returned within 10 days after the departure date.
Collect your refund via bank transfer.

Reschedule Info

Bus schedule cannot be changed after booking.
