Passengers must check in at Xtrans's counter at the departure point, max. 15 minutes before departure time. Otherwise, tickets will be
canceled and passengers cannot ask for a refund.
Passengers must bring their Traveloka e-tickets to check in.
Passengers traveling from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport can board the shuttle from all terminals (Terminal 1, 2, and 3).
Xtrans will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal items.
Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
If the shuttle is canceled due to mechanical failure or other emergency reasons, the passengers will get a full refund.
If the shuttle experiences mechanical disruption during the trip (e.g. engine breaks down, AC stops working), passengers will get a
free-ride voucher that can be used for the next booking.
Ticket price already includes Jasa Raharja insurance premium. Therefore, any accident claims will become the responsibility of Jasa
Raharja, with compensations of up to Rp20.000.000 for medical treatments and up to Rp50.000.000 for deaths.
Xtrans will also give an extra compensation of up to 25% of Jasa Raharja's compensation. Medical treatment compensations from
Xtrans will only be given for the excess costs that are not covered by Jasa Raharja.
