Passengers who travel long distances (min travel distance 250KM or minimum travel time 4 hours) must show a (1) vaccine certificate from the PeduliLindungi App that shows that the passenger has received at least their first vaccination (2) a negative PCR test that was performed at the longest 3x24 hours before boarding time or (3) a negative Antigen test that was performed at the longest 1x24 hours before boarding time. Children age 3 years and above or children sitting on individual seats must buy full price tickets. Ticket is only valid for the date, time, route, and seat number as written in the ticket. To board the bus, passengers must exchange their Traveloka e-tickets with a paper ticket from Sinar Jaya by showing their booking code or phone number and official identification document (KTP/SIM) used during booking. Maximum baggage is 10 kg. Otherwise, the passenger will have to pay an extra charge. Passengers are not allowed to carry illegal items, items with strong odor, flammable substances, and other items that may disturb the safety and comfort of other passengers. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings. Sinar Jaya will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal items. Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons. Passengers must arrive at the departure point max. 30 minutes before departure time. Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund. If the bus is canceled due to mechanical failure, the passengers can change their departure schedule or ask for a refund from Sinar Jaya. Passengers has the right to raise a complaint to the bus staff when they drive recklessly, endanger the safety of the passengers or others, and pick up passengers outside the official boarding points.
