Terms & Conditions

Passengers who travel long distances (min travel distance 250KM or minimum travel time 4 hours) must show a (1) vaccine
certificate from the PeduliLindungi App that shows that the passenger has received at least their first
vaccination (2) a negative PCR test that was performed at the longest 3x24 hours before boarding
time or (3) a negative Antigen test that was performed at the longest 1x24 hours before boarding time.
Children age 3 years and above or children sitting on individual seats must buy full price tickets.
Ticket is only valid for the date, time, route, and seat number as written in the ticket.
To board the bus, passengers must exchange their Traveloka e-tickets with a paper ticket from Sinar Jaya by showing their booking
code or phone number and official identification document (KTP/SIM) used during booking.
Maximum baggage is 10 kg. Otherwise, the passenger will have to pay an extra charge.
Passengers are not allowed to carry illegal items, items with strong odor, flammable substances, and other items that may disturb the
safety and comfort of other passengers.
Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings. Sinar Jaya will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal
items.
Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
Passengers must arrive at the departure point max. 30 minutes before departure time. Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point
on time cannot ask for a refund.
If the bus is canceled due to mechanical failure, the passengers can change their departure schedule or ask for a refund from Sinar
Jaya.
Passengers has the right to raise a complaint to the bus staff when they drive recklessly, endanger the safety of the passengers or
others, and pick up passengers outside the official boarding points.
Prohibiting passengers who do not fulfill the requirements to board the bus (the Government Requirements for Bus Passengers image
on the search page to see the requirements).
IMPORTANT: No refund or reschedule will be given if the passenger does not fulfill the requirements.
The selling price of Sinar Jaya bus tickets can change any time depending on Sinar Jaya's policy.
By booking a bus ticket, passenger has understood and agreed to Sinar Jaya’s terms and conditions.
For Christmas and New Year Travel (Nataru) from 24 December 2021 - 2 January 2022, all passengers must meet the following
requirements:
- Covid-19 complete vaccine certificate (2nd dose)
- Negative test result of RT-Antigen which taken maximum 1x24 hours before departure
- Must install and use PeduliLindungi App
- For child under 12 years old must bring Negative test result of RT PCR which taken maximum 3x24 hours before departure without
having to show Covid-19 vaccine certificate.
