Steps of the Hiring Process
1) Mail 2) Documentations 3) CIBIL 4) FCU 5) Negotiation 6) Hiring Note 7) Offer letter Initially, we begin by collecting data. Step 1:- Create a format in an Excel spreadsheet with mention Heads S.no , Name , Department , profile , mobile no ,email , source , location , region , Documents status , DOJ , Offer status , CTC , CIBIL , Mail receive date , Complete doc Receive date , HR Negotiation Date , FCU Send Date , FCU Received date , Hiring Approval Receive Date , Offer Letter Releise date , FCU Status , Offer shared , ZOHO Status , TAT, TAT Reason , Offer Acceptance. Step 2 :- Login on “One Login Portal” (iifl.onelogin.com/portal). Step 3 :- Then go to ZOHO IIFL Mail Step 4 :- Identify Mail which includes different positions DST :- dst includes Sales Officer , Senior Sales Officer, IRM Non DST :- Non dst includes CCH , RM , DCM
Step 5 :- Then we have to fill details in Excel Spreadsheet which
we have gathered through mail. Step 6 :- Gather all necessary documents ( KYC, CIS / BVC, IAS, FCU, Salary Slips, Appraisal letter, offer letter, Resume) from the candidate through mail or calls Note:- Appraisal letter (when a candidate is employed for more than 1 year in an organization) Offer letter (when a candidate is employed for less than 1 year in an organization).
Step 7 :- Calculate CIBIL
o Initially login on “consumer.cibil.com/login.do” o Fill all needed details (candidate name, DOB, Address, as per aadhar card, PAN Number, ) o Calculate CIBIL Score o Proceed only for those candidate who have a credit score above 650 Step 8 :- Fill FCU (Froud control unit) form Details
Step 9 :- Send FCU for verification to Pradeep & Manu.
Notes :- Pradeep takes care of Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand candidates. Manu takes care of Gujarat candidates. Step 10 :- Proceed for further hiring process like ‘HR Negotiation, offer letter, Onboarding, etc’. Note :- Proceed only in case the FCU Report is positive. & check references in case of negative results. Till now I have learned these above steps and the process of hiring and my aim is to learn the further process of Human Resource Management.
