Major accomplishments:
As a member of the enterprise architecture team I participated in architecture
reviews of major projects across Quest. Our team conducted the Architecture
Review Board. I presented system designs to Compliance and at Quest's
Security review board. Our team also managed the portfolio of applications for
the enterprise and established technical standards.
• Reduced inbound calls to client services by implementing a conversational
AI chatbot on the front end of the patient experience workflow. The bot was
implemented on all patient-facing websites using Azure Healthbot and LUIS
Natural Language Processing. Backend processing used Azure App Services,
MS SQL databases, Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS), and MuleSoft APIs.
Development used Agile Methodologies and CI/CD. The bot had a direct
interface to client services so agents could chat with patients via the chat
window. This grew into a new project to create a Call Center as a Service
(CCaaS) project with omni channel access.
• Reduced cost and simplified Marketing interfaces by designing a new web
platform for Quest Diagnostics corporate websites that consolidated multiple,
independent sites into a central environment. I was liaison between Marketing,

achieved.
