3-IDEATE:

Evento has two main concepts. The first will allow clients to plan their events in one tap.
Once you join our application you have options of decorations, catering, flowers all
within a selected budget. Users input their preferred date, select their choices and then on
one platform will be able to receive updates on all relevant items. Thus easing the
planning of a special evening

The second concept is hosting Charitable Evenings through Evento. As our aim is to give
back to community Evento not only allows you to host your own Charitable Evening
(such as fundraisers) but also hosts one themselves after every 10 events we cater through
the application. Evenings such as, a wedding, parties and birthdays for those less fortunate
so they are able to enjoy happy memories they may have otherwise not been able to host.

Final Business Idea

(Summary):
Evento is a simple concept. The first feature allows you to plan all of their event instantly. When you become a
member of our application, you will have access to a variety of options for your event's decorations, catering, and
flowers, all while staying within your chosen budget. Users input their selected date, pick their preferences, and
are then able to receive updates on all pertinent topics on a single platform after completing these steps. In this
way, the organization of a memorable evening is simplified. The second feature is to use Evento to organize
charitable evenings for a good cause. Evento, whose mission is to "give back to the community," not only gives
users the ability to organize their own charitable evenings (such as fund-raising events), but also organizes and
hosts one of these events themselves for every 10 events that are catered by the program. Evenings such as a
wedding, parties, and birthdays for individuals who are less fortunate so that they are able to enjoy wonderful
memories that otherwise may not have been able to host if they had not been so lucky.

BMC

Activity#1 (Not Marked)

Use your initial BMC as a reference and answer the following questions
Does your BMC work? Do the revenues outweigh the cost? Try estimating revenues and
cost for the next month ( or the first month of sales, if you are without revenue for now)

What are the risks to your business model? What parts of your business model are
most critical for your business to grow in a profitable manner?

Are there things that can or should be changed to strengthen the business model or reduce its risk?
Check each response in the Building Model Canvas against the following criteria:

How do you know what you wrote in each building block is true? Have you made an assumption
or do you have solid evidence—in the form of documented facts?
In the cases you have facts, label the response as “Fact” and make a note of your evidence.
In the cases you have made assumptions, label the response as “Assumption.”
Complete the activity by listing all the assumptions regarding your business model on the next page.
