Instructions:

⮚ Consume fresh fruits and vegetables daily.

⮚ Use bran flour instead of white flour.

⮚ Take plenty of water (10-12 glasses) daily.

⮚ Avoid bakery items like cake, pastry and biscuits etc.

⮚ Avoid junk and fried food like burger, pizza and potatoes fries.

⮚ Do at least 30 -40 minutes’ walk daily.

⮚ Take fish twice in a week (baked / boiled).
