Supplementary agreement

The supplementary agreement according to the original contract is as follows:

1. Party A leases one BG rotary excavator for Party B.
2. The rental price of rotary excavator is RS. 30000 per hour.
3. The rental time is 8 hours per day.
4. Two piles are completed every day.
5. The entrance and exit fee and oil fee (200 liters) of rotary excavator equipment shall be
provided by Party A.
6. The reinforcement, concrete, water and electricity costs required in the project shall be
provided by Party A.
7. Party A shall timely provide R/F and reinforced concrete to avoid delaying the construction
progress.
8. In case of problems in the construction process, such as machine failure, untimely supply of
construction materials, drilling beyond the design length, etc., Party A shall extend the
construction period and pay corresponding expenses.
9. If the construction is not carried out due to holidays or other reasons, Party A does not need to
pay the rental fee.

In addition to the above changes, other terms of the original contract are changed. This
supplementary agreement does not affect the implementation of the original contract. This
supplementary new agreement has the same legal effect as the original contract. This
supplementary agreement is made in duplicate and shall come into force after being signed by
both parties.
