TOPIC: Cooking show

1.- Choose a recipe, write a script including vocabulary words and grammar topics learned
in class. Then record a video about 3 minutes or more performing your cooking show.
2.- Include the following information.
DESCRIPTION:
It's a fun project that students can film at home in their kitchen. Add in a writing
element by having students write out recipes in their own words using vocabulary
words and expressions learned on previous units. At the end this project also allows
apply content learned in class like quantifiers, countable/uncountable nouns and
cooking vocabulary in English.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
- Perform a cooking show about a simple recipe using vocabulary words and grammar
topics learned in class.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
-Record a video performing cooking show presentation in English developing speaking
skills as real life situations.
-Apply all vocabulary words, expressions and grammar learned in class.
-Give a chance to speak freely about (Burritos)
Written script:
Hello my name is Martín Hinojosa, I’m a student of Physical Activity and Sport Pedagogy
Major in “Universidad Tecnica del Norte” and today I’m going to prepare “burritos”

Ingredients:
• Onions
• Beans
• Tomatoes
• Meat
• Cheese
• Salt
• Pepper
• Avocado
• Tortilla

To start we need to cut tomatoes, onions and pepper into small pieces
Then we need to fried the vegetables for 10 minutes, then we need to put the meat in the boil
and we need stir all ingredients, after five minutes we need to put the beans in the boil.
Next, we need to make the guacamole, so we will smash the avocado, then we put 2 teaspoons
of salt and a lemon and mix everything
After this, all the ingredients have been mixed and let it cook for 30 minutes
Finally, we prepare the burritos adding all the ingredients prepared in the tortilla to our liking
