Unit HR and security inform all departments in unit about fire in

transformer area.
00:26 - 01:05 All workers reached assembly area.
01:05 - 01:40 Head count of workers and staff was done (admin and security)
In the same time firefighting team member bring portable fire extinguisher
01:40 - 02:10
and extinguish the fire safely.
Instructed first aider to carry first aid box to assembly area is in standby
02:10 - 02:30
mode for causality.
02:30 - 05:20 Safety briefing is carried out among workers and staff member.
05:20 - 05:30 Final all clear announcement was made
05:30 - 05:40 Drill was successfully completed.
Response time: - Total Time taken in drill was 05 minute 40 Seconds. (fire extinguish in 02min30sec.)
Drill observation
 Lack of knowledge, Lack of PPE, Lack of training, , No PA system available, Fire lay out plan
not available, Lack of LSA (lifesaving appliances).

Scope of improvement
 Need regular practice for improvement (monthly basis)
