B) Activities of 11.03.2020
1 Air diving operations in progress at LTS-3000 stern by DP DSV Hal Anant.

2 During the Releasing the Jacket, the ship bottom was hit by Jacket at 19.20 hrs. Immediately All Persons (228 Persons except limited Marine Crew) evacuated from LTS 3000 and transferred to AHT Boat LANPAN 31.

3 Later outside Anchor Pattern, 114 Persons transferred from AHT Boat LANPAN 31 to SCI Yamuna.
4 Crews staying in both AHT Boat LANPAN 31 and SCI Yamuna and awaiting for further Instructions from LTS 3000

C) Activities Planned on 12.03.2020

1 Marine Crew will try to clear the Jacket from bottom of Ship

D) General
1 Mr. Krishnan Elangovan (Mech / ONGC - CA ) and Mr. Bregish Puthoor ( HSE / ONGC -CA) will be infield transferred to Barge Falcon Chief in the next available Boat for HRP-III Project

E) Area of Concern
1 Since LTS-3000 main crane is unoperational, recovery of jacket and crane boom is to be carried out on-priority.
2 Evaluation of Jacket condition to be carried out after its recovery.
