1 A good number of staff in the healthcare organisation are motivated, and aware of patient safety.

2 The qualitative analysis of the above survey identifies us at a good progressive note as the average
number of positive responses stands higher than the negative.
3 The most reported advantage found were related to the well cultured staff and hospital management
support inter-linked.
4 The healthcare professionals with necessary resources, safety-aware staff, became the major asset in
the development of a culture related to patient safety.
5 This positive outcome of safety culture survery also indicates a general willingness of staffs in learning
the safety culture for the betterment of patient safety.
