the absolute owner of the property mentioned in the
schedule. Howeve r, the
Lessee has approached the Lessor and requested to lease­
out the schedule property
for residential purpose and the Lessor has agreed to the
same. ��nee, the parties
have agreed to enter into this Agreement under the terms
& cond1t1ons set out he

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH THE PARTIES HERE TO AS FOLLOWS:

1) This agreement shall be in force for a period of 11 (Eleven) months initially


effective from 01-08-2022 and with option for renewal for the same period
with mutual consent. Rent shall be enhanced, by 5% on the agreed rent once
in a year, to compensate the inflation.
2)The Lessee undertakes to pay a monthly rent of Rs.23,000/-(Rupees Twenty
three thousand only) per month & Rs.300/-for the Water charges &
Maintenance charges. The rent is payable on or before 1st of every
succeeding month.
3) The Lessee has paid as rental advance of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
thousand only) by Cash to the Lessor as a security deposit, the receipt of
which the Lessor do hereby acknowledge and admit. The said amount does
not carry any interest and will be refundable to the Lessee by the Less on the
day of vacating the premises.
4) The Lessee shall pay the electricity charges as per the demand bill issued by
the authority regularly every month.
5) The Lessee shall be shared the water and water motor pump charges with the
Lessor every month as per the bills.
6) The Lessee shall not indulge in any unlawful immoral activities purpose.

7) The Lessee shall not sub-let, under-let or part with a portion or the entire
premises to any one at any time.

8) The Lessee shall keep the premises in good and tenantable condition as it is
given to Lessee and shall not cause any damage & alteration to the premises.
If any damages are caused the Lessee should get it rectified & bear the total
cost of repair, otherwise, the owner will deduct the cost of dam.ages from the
security deposit.
