Summary of Sessions

Session 1

 Client’s Behaviors observation was done.

 Clinical Interview was done with the teacher in which family history of educational

history and history of present illness was taken.

Session 2

 Rapport was built with the client.

 Behavioral Observation was done again.

Session 3

 Initial interview was done with the client to build rapport.

Session 4

 Informal assessment of the client was done.

 Little rapport was more built with the client.

Session 5

 Simple general knowledge questions were asked to check the client knowledge.

 Fully rapport was built with the client.

Session 6

 Engaged client in different activities, drawing, coloring and other client’s favorite

activities.

 Identify client’s likes and dislikes


Session 7

 CPM was administered on the client.

Session 8

 Again Interview was arranged with teacher to identify the client’s highlighted issues in

different settings.

 Coloring in drawings.

Session 9

 Learn to draw straight and curve lines on a paper.

 Say “Thankyou” and “Sorry”

 Anger Management techniques were learned.

Session 10

 Learn to differentiate between the signs of a boy and a girl.

 Learn the signs of enter and exit.

 Interview with client’s teacher to assess current academic achievement.

Session 11

 Anger management techniques were used.

 Learn to wear scarf.

 Reinforcement was given on good compliance on therapist’s instructions.

Session 12

 Termination of the Sessions.

 Client was informed properly of termination of the sessions.
