• Implemented and designed the detailed engineering for the mining project in the areas of Piping, Mechanical &
Structural.
• Reviewed and designed of construction and As- Built drawings for the Process Plant and Underground Mine during the
construction and commissioning phases.
• Verified that the design requirements were met for the different areas of the Process Plant according to design codes.
• Coordinated the design and construction process with the requirements of the Canadian contractor G-Mining.
• Supervised a mobile plant for concrete production leading a team composed of 20 people , whose purpose was to supply
the necessary concrete for the building process needed by the subway in Quito-Ecuador.
• Supervised the Production plan and Quality Control of the concreted produced.
• Managed the preventive maintenance program in order to guarantee the availability of every machine inside of the plant
using ERP SAP/PM software and a TPM approach.
• Managed the weekly preventive maintenance orders programming , maintenance backlog, and corrective maintenance
orders.
• Presented maintenance key performance indicators in order to improve de availability and reliability of the plant
equipment.
• Conducted equipment reliability analysis based on a RCM approach using ( Root and Cause and FMEA analysis)
• Maintained a right communication with the customers in order to satisfy his or her needs.
• Directed preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling for heavy military equipment.
• Directed and supervised an engineering group for the basic and conceptual engineering of a hangar.
