Graduation PROTOCOLS

A. AWARDS THAT ARE NOT MEANT TO BE AWARDED IN THE GRADUATION RITES SHALL BE AWARDED
DURING THE RECOGNITION PROGRAM AND MOVING UP CEREMONIES ( D.O 36, s. 2016)
B. ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF GRADUATES DURING THE DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES SHALL BE
DETERMINED BY THE SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND TEACHERS AS LONG AS THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS
SHALL BE OBSERVED
* SDS WILL HAND IN THE CERTIFICATE TO THE GRADUATE
* SDS WILL HAND IN THE MEDALS TO THE PARENT
* THE PARENT WILL GIVE THE MEDALS TO THE GRADUATE
*PARENT AND GRADUATE TAKES A BOW AND THEN EXIT AND HANDSHAKING WILL FOLLOW
C. AN OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER SHALL STAY IN A DESIGNATED AREA
D.HONOR STUDENTS SHALL OCCUPY THE FIRST LINES OF THE SEATS PROVIDED FOR EACH SECTION,
E. ADVISERS WILL FACILITATE THE DISTRIBUTION OF MEDALS AND GIVING OF AWARDS FOR THEIR CLASS
F. IF THERE 2 OR MORE SECTIONS OF THE GRADUATING CLASS, A DEMARCATION LINE/ definition of
CONFINES MAYBE DESIGNED
G. SINGING OF PRAYER/INVOCATION, NATIONAL ANTHEM, GRADUATION SONG, TRIBUTE SONG/LOYALTY
SONG, RECIATION OF ALUMNI OATH AND PLEDGE OF LOYALTY SHALL BE DONE IN THE GRADUATE’S
DESIGNATED AREA DOWN THE STAGE ESPECIALLY FOR BIG SCHOOLS ( BIG NUMBER OF GRAUATING
STUDENTS); FOR SMALL SCHOOLS , THEY MAY GO UPSTAGE IN PERFORMING THE ABOVE PARTS OF THE
PROGRAM
H. THE SCHOOL HEAD WILL NOT READ THE LEGAL BASES FOR RANKING – SINCE WE HAVE NO BANNER
ROLL; INSTEAD THE SCHOOL HEAD WILL DO THE INTRODUCTION OF THE GUEST SPEAKER
I. CERTIFICATE FOR THE GUEST SPEAKER MUST BE PLACED IN A FRAME; THE SCHOOL MAY ALSO DECIDE
TO GIVE A PLAQUE OF COMMENDATION
J. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF MINUTES FOR A SPEAKER TO DELIVER HIS OR HER SPEECH MUST BE 10
MINUTES. THIS DETAIL MUST BE SPECIFIED IN THE LETTER OF INVITATION INCLUDING THE OUTFIT THAT
IS AGREED UPON BY THE SCHOOL – BARONG OR FORLMAL CASUAL
L. ENTRANCE OF COLORS IS OPTIONA;L FOR SMALL SCHOOLS; BIG SCHOOLS ARE ENCOURAGED TO HAVE
THIS INCLUDED IN THE PARTS OF THE PROGRAM ( PROTOCOLS HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED BY MR. VERDON)
M. SOUND SYSTEM MUST BE CHECKED ( SHOULD BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION)
N. PHOTO OPPORTUNITY WITH THE GUESTS SHALL BE DONE BEFORE THE RECESSIONALS
O. RFECEPTION OF GUESTS SHOULD BE DONE IN THE SCHOOL
P. GUESTS TO BE INVITED: MAYOR OR HIS /HER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
BARGANGAY CAPTAIN OR HIS/HER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
PTA PRESIDENT OR HIS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
Q. GARLAND GIVING SHALL BE DONE AFTER THE RITES OR DURING THE SINGING OF THE TRIBUTE
SONG/LOYALTY SONG
R. STRICTLY NO COLLECTION OF CONTRIBUTION OF ANY FORM/NATURE POLICY MUST BE OBSERVED
S. The alumni president shall be requested to lead the alumni oath , or in case the president cannot
come , his authorized representative can do the part, in his place.
T. THE SCHOOL HEAD SHOULD LEAD CONDUCT OF REHEARSALS
U. PSDSS/DICS/ EPS SHALL SUPERVISE CONDUCT OF REHEARSALS

graduands as they march towards the venue.

together with their parents, followed by
the Faculty and staff of Tabon ES,
Barangay officials, PTA Officers,
