On today’s date the Carthage Police department conducted a joint operation with the West Carthage
Police Department. Local retail establishments in Carthage and West Carthage were checked for
compliance regarding the sale of alcohol, tobacco and cannabis to persons under the age of 21 years.

There were no arrests made and the Carthage and West Carthage Police Departments would like to
thank all of the establishments listed below for following NY State Law, and remaining vigilant in keeping
tobacco, alcohol and cannabis out of the hands of those under the age of twenty one.
