    Dear Radhia,

    I hope you are well and Happy New Year.

    The University has reopened today from it’s festive closure period. I am getting in contact to
    see if there has been any progress in signing the contract / getting the chief of staff approval
    to sign the contract?

    I appreciate last time we spoke you were optimistic that the contract would be signed before
    the end 2022, but I’m anxious now that we don’t have enough time to prepare for a February
    start unless training commences very soon.
