Let me start by apologising for my last email where I confused you with another student with similar names
who has been repeatedly requesting for repeat assignments.

Some of your repeat assignments have been graded and the rest are being graded. However, you must
appreciate that even after all assignments have been graded and you have passed, the college will not be
able to issue you a transcript until you have successfully gone through a Pearson interview.

I should be able to come back to you before the 25th of September 2020 to confirm if the rest of the
assignments have been graded.

Dear Sirs,

I am writing once again with regards to the repeat assignments submitted last year in August 2019.

Last year in May 2019 I’ve been provided with the repeat assignment briefs for all the modules I had
to repeat. At that time I was told only to submit them by August 2019.

Today is 16th September 2020 and until now I haven’t received the grades for them at all, despite all
the numerous calls and emails sent to get updates.

To my surprise and total disappointment I have been told on 15th September 2020 that UKCBC
does not have the authority to issue repeat assignments to students any longer.
I am not requesting for new repeat
assignment briefs I am only asking that the repeat assignments submitted in August 2019 to be
graded.

This delay in grading the repeat assignments had a big impact on my career as I hasn’t been able to
finalise my studies, nor to receive the diploma of graduating the college.
I am kindly asking you to finalise my request by providing me the grades to the repeat assignments
already submitted.

If the problem is not resolved with regret I must inform you that I’ll report this further to the
ombudsman.

I don’t have other method of communication with you apart from email as nobody answer to the
telephone. Also today I went to your office based in Wentworth House Campus in Gants Hill only to
learn that the office is closed. I wanted to discuss in person with a representative from UKCBC.
Please let me know if there are any other campuses open.

Good morning.

Based on your reply dated 25th August 2020, you informed me that the assignments were currently
graded.

The repeat assignments were given to me in May 2019, having the deadline in August 2019. I have
submitted all the repeat assignments in August 2019 and for those ones I still have not received the
grades yet, one year later.

So your reply received today is confusing me.

In this instance what can I do to graduate?

Please note that your assignments are being graded at the moment. As soon as they are completed, your
grades will be shown on Ulearn but you must appreciate that the college has its academic calendar and
