    15 On the Drawing Tools Format tool tab, click Merge Shapes, then click Combine to
    cut out the circles from the rectangle.

    IMPORTANT The order in which objects are selected is important when you’re using
    the Merge Shapes tools. If things aren’t turning out like you expect, try selecting the
    shapes in a different order.
