Job description:

➢ Role involves doing ID&V (identifying and verifying the customer’s identity like name,
address and D.O.B ) for the Barclays customer’s complaints with Barclays core
system(gateway).
➢ Ensure the proper identification and verification process has been done and more vigilant to
report any unusual transaction, relationship and business type.
➢ After completion of ID&V, logging and acknowledging the customer complaints through
letters which explains ID&V verification details and complaint status.
➢ ID&V verification details includes name mismatch, address mismatch, dob mismatch
information and etc. (if applicable) and requesting customers to update with recent id or IVA
document into branch.
➢ Was involved in doing URU checks for ID&V verification with the application tools and
also raising the request to the KBA team to get the correct information by contacting the
customer directly through telephone or email, if the customer provided details are with the
internal applications.
➢ Preparing final response letter that explains about the decision making from the evidences
provided by the customer by also comparing the customer internal evidences.
➢ Providing the right decision and deliver a consistent service excellence for the customer
complaint resolution using various application systems.
➢ My core process is retail banking, so I can able to handle various products like personal
loans, overdrafts and mortgages, cards. Etc.
