1. His date of joining is 10:04:2013 and his date of leaving is 31st June.
2. No overtime records are being maintained because it is an insurance Company and the
working hours are being fixed from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm sharp.
3. Both the employees Mr. Monaj kumar and Mr. Sonu kumar have left the company
without without any intimation.
4. Mr. Manoj Kumar worked as a Manager of the company and is not liable under the
minimum wage Act 1948 and Rules made thereunder.
5. Mr. Sonu Kumar worked as a team leader. So even he is not liable under the minimum
wage Act 1948 & Rules made thereunder
6. The company war based in Noida Sector 63, G-38 1st floor Noida 201 301, so it is not
covered under the Jurisdiction of the state.
7. They have committed numerous amount of fraud by miss-selling and miss-guiding the
client leading to irreparable loss and injury, due to which the Company had no other
option than to liquidate the Company.
8. Mr Sonu kumar have even mis-behaved with a lady in the office bearing the post of H.R
