Answer all question.


1) Determine the susceptance of an inductor whose reactance is j400Ω. If this
inductor is placed in series with a 1000Ω resistor, determine the resulting
impedance in polar form, as well as the admittance.

2) Find the VR and Vbd. Given E1=2˂0o Volts peak and E2=5<60 o Volts peak.

3) Find the voltage across the inductor. Assume the source voltage is 20˂0o peak-
to-peak at a frequency of 20 kHz. L is equal to 10mH, Qcoil is 50 and R1 is 600Ω.

4) Determine the branch currents in the circuit below.


5) Determine vb for the circuit below if the source frequency is 100 Hz.

6) Determine the branch currents in the circuit below.
