Christmas is a time of giving, the KABATAAN YOUTH of Brgy. Union is already

excited about this special event in the year. As you know, we the SANGUNIANG

KABATAAN at Brgy. Union Caibiran Biliran headed by our Sk- Chairman Hon. Jonathan

Verutiao is planning to celebrate a Christmas Party this December.

Christmas is a precious time; in which we can celebrate with the YOUTH (kabatan-

onan) of Brgy. Union to create a band to understand each other, unite the youth, and give

them the voice to be heard. To fulfill this endeavor, we would like to grab this opportunity to

request you to support our party involved with the KABATAN- ONAN HAN UNION

Christmas Party.

This is the first time that we celebrated a Christmas party for all the youth of Brgy.

Union. We are humbly knocking on your warm heart to support and help us turn Christmas
