During the Wushan River Bridge Steel Pipe Concrete Pumping project,
Sany trailer concrete pumps set three world records. Steel pipe concrete
pumping: length of 560m, continuous volume of 600m3 and continuous
pumping time of 12 hours.

During the concrete pouring of Shanghai Tower,reputed as China's tallest
skyscraper (height:632m), the entire foundation pouring project
employed 18 pieces of SANY equipment (including four trailer concrete
pumps). The continuous pouring of 60,000 m3 concrete was completed
within 60 hours.

successfully pumped B90 (equivalent to C110) concrete vertically to a
height of 120m.

In projects like Three Gorges Hydropower Station and Guangxi Dahua

Hydropower station etc. aggregate of large diameter presented many
challenges. The SANY 120A concrete pump can pump aggregate with
diameter up to 80mm. This solved the challenge of pumping 3 gradation
concrete.

In Japan Tokyo Yomiuri Shimbun Building Project, the concrete pumping

height was up to 200m. Some of the concrete strength even reach C150.

3、Output selection：The choice is mainly based on the quantity demand of the construction. For trailer concrete pump
before the constant power variable the actual output is 75%~80% of Max. theoretical output(The constant power variable
point is 15~16MPa generally). E.g. HBT6016C-5 actual output is 70×0.8=56m³/h， except the reversing time of the mixer,
the output reached about 50m³.

4、For high concrete grade or super-high pressure concrete pumping machine selection, please contact SANY directly for
further communication and confirmation.

5 、 It is also recommended to know in advance the purpose of the equipment purchased by the customer (high-rise
construction/tunnel construction, pumping height/distance, etc., pumped concrete label, etc.).

Displacement

At present, all series of towing pumps can actively adjust the displacement. Generally, the displacement can be adjusted on the
control panel and remote control box (5008C-6Y can only adjust the displacement on the remote control box).
Usage scenarios for manual displacement adjustment:
1、Pump with reduced displacement during initial pumping;
2、One load of material is almost finished and the next load has not yet arrived. Reduce the displacement to avoid stopping the
machine to wait for materials.
3、During high-rise building construction or ultra-long-distance pumping, the outlet pressure is relatively high. Reducing the
displacement of pumping can reduce the pressure loss along the way.

The existing heat dissipation forms of drag pump products generally include single air cooling and (air cooling +
water cooling).
The single air-cooling type is used for small-power towing pumps, and the air-cooling + water-cooling
combination type is used for high-power towing pumps (12020C-5S and ultra-high-pressure pumps).

For HBT5008C-6Y and 60 series drag pumps, the total power is small, the heat is small, and air cooling can
meet the heat balance and heat dissipation requirements of the entire machine. No need to add water cooling.
The 80 series can be optionally installed according to customer needs and local climate. If the local maximum
temperature throughout the year is not higher than 35 ℃, installation is not recommended.
